From season 3 episode 11, "Career Day." Arnold helps out the Jolly Olly Man (who, ironically, is just about the most bitter ice cream man you could meet) as per a sort of "experience a career day" for his class. While everyone else gets the fun and cool jobs, like demolition and police work, poor Arnold has to sit in the back of a truck in the cold.
Because it's matted, you can see some of it is misaligned, and I can't fix it. I'm assuming the background is original matching.
