From (English title) "Who Gets To Keep Togepi?"
In an effort to win ownership (or parenthood, however you'd want to put it) over the cute Togepi, Nyasu, Satoshi, and Kasumi hold a Pokemon battle. As always, Team Rocket never gets the breaks, and as Satoshi jumps up and down with glee over his usual victory, Musashi and Kojiro pull the "carcass" of their defeated teammate away.
There is a fold down the middle of the cel, and some expected line fading. I tried to get an exact screenshot of the cel but my video program wouldn't cooperate.
