May be from (English title) "Who Gets to Keep Togepi?" - Takeshi is likely about to or has interacted with Togepi (whether its hatched or not, I don't know). I wonder, does he actually keep anything in those vest pockets?
Someone has handwritten "C2" and something else I haven't translated yet.
