Satoshi, our naive but all heart pokemon trainer, looks on at something. It may be Togepi, since this is probably from the episode (English title) "Who Gets to Keep Togepi?" - I swear I remember seeing "Ash hats" for sale at Spencer's Gifts or something in Pokemon's prime, a memory revived from looking at this sketch.
In sketchy handwriting we clearly see "A1" over his head. There's something else to the side that the artists obviously nixxed.
